Product & Sales Training

Your team can pass the module
and still fumble the pitch.

Knowing a product and being able to sell it are different skills. We drill the first and rehearse the second, on the same engine.

Make staff genuine product experts

Salespeople who really understand a product radiate confidence talking about it. They handle objections without reaching for a script and become the resource a customer trusts, which is what actually moves a decision.

That depends on the detail still being there weeks after the launch meeting. Spaced repetition brings each specification back as it is about to fade, so the range is known in November as well as it was in September.

Rehearse the conversation, not just the facts

Reading about an objection is not the same as handling one out loud. Voice Coach plays the customer who wants to know why one product costs three times the other, and scores the answer turn by turn against named skills.

Because it runs on the same spaced-repetition model as the drills, it practises exactly what that individual keeps getting wrong — so rehearsal time goes where it is needed rather than where it is comfortable.

Reward and incentivise a competitive team

Salespeople are naturally competitive, and standings play into that directly. Points come from correct answers, declared confidence and turning up daily, so the board rewards genuine mastery rather than time spent in the app.

You choose how visible any of it is. Standings can sit at team level, run across the whole company, or be switched off completely — and you can attach your own rewards to streaks and high scores.

Benefits

Why product train with Wranx

Sales teams have to keep up with a moving range and be total experts in the eyes of a customer. This is the format that fits around selling.

Quick and engaging

Two to three minutes a day, on a phone, in a gap that already exists. Nobody is taken off the floor to learn.

Long-term retention

Spaced repetition brings each concept back as it is about to fade, so knowledge is still there months later rather than days.

Confidence, measured

Certainty-based marking separates someone who knows it from someone who guessed right — the difference that matters on the job.

Competitive elements

Streaks, progress and standings keep people coming back, and can be switched off entirely where a league table would do harm.

Any device, any time

Runs on whatever people already carry, around shifts and time zones, with progress synced across all of it.

Proof, not completions

Reporting on what each person actually knows, concept by concept, rather than who clicked through the module.

Reduce training time and overheads

Time is money. Rather than taking a team off the floor for a training day, they learn on the go — which is how PSA Peugeot Citroën took £2.5m out of training cost while knowledge went up 91%.

Wranx success stories

See how managers, like you, are using Wranx to make training land.

With traditional e-learning you can get saturated with information and knowledge – and that becomes useless. Wranx does the complete opposite and allows learners to digest information easily and at their own pace.

This platform has had a direct impact on our customers, as a higher level of training has ensured they have an enjoyable experience in store. The uplift in sales is clear, as customers said they were influenced by our store colleague’s advanced product knowledge!
Paige Davis Senior Training Manager The North Face
I have heard nothing but positive feedback from our employees about using Wranx. It’s a much more doable format for them and almost makes a game out of learning. It’s more bite-sized and doable on a repeat basis.
