Terms of Service
These terms govern your organisation’s access to and use of the Wranx microlearning platform.
Last updated 31 July 2026
Agreement to these terms
By subscribing to Wranx, creating an account, or allowing your people to use the platform, your organisation agrees to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Where a signed order form or master services agreement exists between us, that document takes precedence over anything written here.
Your subscription
Subscriptions are billed per active user per month on the plan you have selected. An active user is anyone who answers at least one question in the billing period.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each term unless either party gives thirty days’ notice. Annual plans are billed in advance.
If your active user count exceeds your plan limit, we will flag it on your dashboard and prorate the difference on your next invoice. We do not lock learners out mid-programme.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share account credentials between individuals or resell access to the platform
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or discriminatory
- Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the security of the platform
- Use the platform to store special category personal data unless we have agreed it in writing
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, having given you notice and a chance to put it right where it is safe to do so.
Your content
You keep ownership of every question, module and document you upload or we build for you. You grant us the licence we need to host, process and display that content in order to run the service.
We keep ownership of the platform, the spaced-repetition engine, and any anonymised, aggregated statistics derived from usage across our customer base.
Availability and support
We target 99.9% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least forty-eight hours in advance.
Support is available by email and chat on all plans during UK business hours. Scale customers receive priority response times and a named customer success manager.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending the agreement
Either party may end the agreement at the close of a term by giving thirty days’ notice. Either party may end it immediately if the other commits a material breach that is not remedied within thirty days of written notice.
On termination you may export your content and learner records for ninety days, after which we delete them in line with our retention schedule.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
