Not your logo on our app.
Your world.
Most platforms mean a colour picker and a logo upload when they say white-label. We mean the metaphor. A racecourse for a car maker, a mountain for an outdoor brand, a build programme for a contractor — the frame around the learning becomes the one your people already think in.
Progress you can actually see
Every one of these is the same screen doing the same job: showing a learner how far they have got and what is still in front of them. Altitude gained on a mountain, corners taken on a circuit, floors standing on a building. A progress bar says 60%. This says where you are, in a world you already know, and gives you a reason to come back tomorrow.
The Circuit · Automotive
The whole season laid out as one circuit, each race a corner of it. A learner can see at a glance which races are behind them and which one they are on — and the cars ahead are colleagues, not strangers.

The Ascent · Outdoor & apparel
Progress is altitude, so how far someone has come is a number they can feel: 2,100 m of a 3,400 m summit. A camp that has weathered needs another push before the rope goes higher — that is the forgetting curve, drawn somewhere it will actually be looked at.

The Build · Construction
Two of six storeys standing, so the gap between where you are and where you are going is the picture itself. A topic that has drifted needs shoring up before the next floor goes on — which is a far better prompt than a red dot on a dashboard.

The same screen, wearing four different worlds
Above is what three of them look like built. This is what all four look like configured — one learner screen, with a different renderer, wording map and palette applied to it. Nothing else changes. Pick a sector and watch it reframe.
Sectors
- Pit Lane
- Practice
- Qualifying
- Race Day
- Podium
Pole position on Model Range is two drills away.
Push notification: “Lights out in three minutes — your grid slot is waiting.”
The Circuit
Every module is a race weekend. Learners work from the pit lane to the podium, and the car on the track wears their own badge.

- Summit
The Ridge on Insulation Tech opens after two clean drills.
Push notification: “Weather window open — three minutes of climbing today.”
The Ascent
Knowledge is altitude. Learners climb from base camp to the summit, and plant the brand’s flag when they get there.

Key Holder on Returns & Refunds unlocks tomorrow.
Push notification: “Quiet spell before open — one card, sixty seconds.”
The Shop Floor
Learners earn the floor. Each tier is a step up in what the team trusts them to handle on their own.

What we adapt
Seven layers, and only the first is the one everyone else stops at.
The look
Your colours, your mark, your type. The part every platform does — we just do not stop here.
The metaphor
A racecourse, an ascent, a build programme, a season. The renderer that draws progress is chosen for your world, not ours.
The language
Every concept is renamed. A stage becomes a sector, a pitch, a phase. Learners never meet a piece of platform vocabulary.
The milestones
Pole position, the summit, handover, key holder. What people are working towards sounds like something worth reaching.
The nudges
Even the push notification speaks the metaphor — lights out in three minutes, weather window open.
The social frame
Constructors’ championship, expedition board, site board. Or nothing at all, if a league table would do more harm than good.
The assistant
Even the AI belongs to your world. Your name for it, your palette, or a character drawn for you — not our mascot wearing your colours.
The costume changes. The science does not.
Underneath every one of these worlds is the same spaced-repetition engine and the same mastery ladder: Recall, Explain, Apply. A learner climbing a mountain and a learner driving a circuit are being scheduled by identical logic and measured on identical evidence. The metaphor is what gets them to open the app; it has no say in whether they have actually learned anything.
How much learners see of each other is your call
Gamification goes wrong when it is imposed. Each brand picks how visible standings are, and private is the default rather than an afterthought.
Nobody sees anybody else. No peer data is read at all — the default, and the right answer for compliance and for anywhere a league table would do harm.
Learners see the people they actually work beside — their store, their site, their shift. Close enough to matter, small enough to stay friendly.
A full standings board. Powerful for a peak-season push, and the mode most likely to need a conversation about who it motivates and who it flattens.
Three sessions, not a rebuild
-
01
We learn your world
A workshop with your L&D team and, more usefully, with the people who will actually use it. What does a good day sound like? What do they already call things?
-
02
We build the costume
Renderer, wording, colours, mark, milestones and nudges. You see it running against your own content before anyone signs anything off.
-
03
You change your mind
Wording and milestones are configuration, not code. Renaming a stage after launch takes minutes, not a release.
What would your world look like?
Tell us what your people do all day and we’ll show you the metaphor we’d build for them.
